WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnosis is a natural altered state of consciousness. A hypnotic state is subtly different than a person's 'normal' state and is often accompanied by a deep sense of relaxation of body and mind. Hypnosis allows the unconscious mind to be readily more accessible and receptive to suggestion.
